I know what people use them, for convenience. I also know why the business use them, is probably cheaper for them to advertise on this companies instead of trying to lump the users to your own app or worse, to call you business.

I know why they do it, that doesn't mean I like how the world works.

So... they’re still selling the old ones, and the same CPU/RAM/SSD combo is $500 more expensive in the touch version than in the old one?

I didn’t upgrade before the price hike, and I probably won’t any time soon. Tech prices have gone up across the board, and the worst part is that the same money now buys you a noticeably worse product than it did a couple of years ago, instead of following the old rule that you’d get more for the same price each generation.

they could, 3 minutes is a hard limit between reestarts to leet everything stabilize, the same way they say you shouldn't plug in a refrigerator after moving before letting it 4-6 hours still. you should be able to play with the hysteresis or with using another thermostat if you don't want it to cycle so fast.

I cant comprehend how they were able to put something like "4" as the private key. someone said that they could have used a rand generator from 0 - 255 instead of 256 bytes one. but anyway, I don't remember putting a private key value manually and always generated it with something like keygen.

how the hell are they able to resell the keys and be able to take profit from that is beyond my imagination. Is not money what they are stoling and they are still able to take advantage of it.

With cloud credentials I understand that they are able to create machines, but with api keys... what they are able to do to take profit from?

today i read that for new game studios, the possibility of going stream only (like amazon luna) instead of downloadable is a probable future if they want to prevent piracy.

one thing i noticed, there are a lot of new things, but the software has not changed at all, we are building the same things again and again, but no new things.

very inspiring. it's nice to see how an idea evolves from a though to a product / installation.

I don't know if lobbied is the correct word, or they are directly bought.

for 32gb, this is my model of reference now, you have to run it with a patched version of llama and is still not available in lmstudio or omlx, waiting for that to streamline the experience a bit. But so far, the best i had till now.

if you can order for free or below cost doing anything in the app, you are not paranoid, you are directly stupid, is like being able to modify the shopping cart total in the browser and the server accepting that as the correct price. Everything should be server side validated where you have the full control of it.

with llms maybe you can reuse their api for your own benefit instead of just showing some maps, so the issue is even worse that only cost.

not letting outside people at the luggage area seems fine to me, if anyone could enter there the number of stolen baggage would skyrocket.
