This feature has been available on Android M for a while now. Sadly, the fragmentation of versions running on the Android platform is the biggest threat to its security.

Oh, I am not by any means trying to turn the news into something. I am merely expressing my distaste with nationalism and what it can do to people.

As someone with a Macedonian background, what bothers me most is my father's reaction to this news when I told him about it. I am legitimately excited about this news, and all he could really think of was if the Greeks would claim Philip II as theirs and began ranting about the whole Alexander being Macedonian/Greek debate.

I understand his justification for thinking that way, but it's just sad that the Macedonians and Greeks won't be getting excited about the discovery, but will instead be using it to fuel the existing hatred between the countries.

It's really great to see good things coming Trello's way with all of this. Those guys have worked ridiculously hard at it.

I distinctly remember them keeping Trello running through a disaster and keeping all of it's users informed. Great job, guys!

I'd love to try and get gfycat support for this.

I can see tech like this being used in the next Bond film. Every day, the advances in modern technology surprise and impress me. I love our line of work, where we can set our mind to something and just make it.

I don't really see the point to Twitter for hiring purposes.

But both LinkedIn and GitHub serve as e-resumes. Any decent tech company will want to see what you've worked on/contributed to, and a lot of the time and dev worth their salt will voluntarily provide their GitHub on a resume. LinkedIn, even though it's more social than GitHub, still serves as a professional site. You don't voluntarily put your information on LinkedIn only to hide it from potential employers.

I'm assuming this only works with Chicago?

Most likely.

http://www.spreeder.com/ says: "To train to read faster, you must first find your base rate. Your base rate is the speed that you can read a passage of text with full comprehension. We've defaulted to 300 wpm, showing one word at a time, which is about the average that works best for our users. Now, read that passage using spreeder at that base rate."

I wouldn't be surprised if Medium is calculating read time the same way. It's just aesthetically pleasing and somewhat useful.

How would this stack up against something like Manager.io (http://www.manager.io/) which provides the same functionality and more for free?

Seems like a great idea, but I couldn't help but find this http://i.imgur.com/h7DjXen.png picture to be really awkward.

What's going on with her legs?

Any idea if you will there will be future integration for something like JIRA? This could really speed up the process of getting things up there.

What about something like, let's say, a kindle made for school, which stores the student's textbooks and readings. I'd think that this would be a much better alternative since it has limited use to begin with.

This is a pretty cool concept, but it still needs a bit of work. While I agree with black borders around the text, I think it seems to meme-like. Maybe work on getting a shadow around the text when it is over multiple colours (e.g. the third picture near the concentration of lights). Other than that, it's a great concept, and I'd love to use it.
