I guess it's a question of trust and maintenance, and bus-factor. Why would I trust a small one-person project (+agents) that might not exist in two months for anything serious?

No sure why, but I like the acronym ADHD. I think there would be a way to save it and still be more accurate, like Attention Dysregulation / Hyperactivity Disorder. That doesn't cover the salience, broader executive control issues, interaction with environment, etc, but better than deficit still.

Part of this is an alignment problem, but on the human side: the bottleneck is no longer writing code but staying aligned with it, knowing what it does and whether it does what you meant. In my own work, that’s now most of the job, even for code I asked for. For maintainers reviewing large PRs from strangers, it's certainly much worse. A ban is bit harsh, but I understand why they’re rationing their attention.

I will give it a try. I'm curious to see how it handles context switching, french words in the middle of a sentence, etc.

Differently. I guess I didn't think harder, better or less before, but I remember before AI having to struggle with things I had to think about, which certainly has some virtue to learn. Now it's almost a itch, as soon as I struggle, I prompt. For sure, there must be an effect on cognition. I still enjoy thinking a lot, but I delegate the boring details to AI, so it has displaced the way I think to higher levels of abstraction, but I’m not sure if what I call "boring details" are not "struggles that I should have kept" to improve my understanding.

Nice project, a bug and some suggestions:

The bug: When you zoom on the timeline, the zoom should keep the point under the cursor fixed, for instance if I zoom on Cubism, the Chinese painting section will expand, pushing the section I intended to zoom down, so I'll have to pan to that section.

The suggestion: A map, with a brushable timeline to locate in space and time where an artist produced their art.

Proud european here, I like the idea! Would be nice to have it translated in all european languages, and btw clicking on german doesn't work...

Nice, but the indexDB don't carry over to other browsers. Preventing the right-click is also an annoyance, and the price tag is probably way to high.
