You might be missing most recent tweets, where there is ton of progress from omarchy team in this area. Also they have a dedicated team now working full time just on that.

Getting linux to work flawlessly on M Macs is "just a bunch of scripts"? Wow. Since when tech folks judge the open-source projects so harsh and so much just after they only started?

Well I specifically meant having a bird feeder on a window or glass door for a chance to watch them live closely. That's why I put it as a side note ;)

You gave me few ideas for the analyzer setup too - thanks!

Cool project!

On a side note. How do people deal with all the ugly mess birds cause in such settings? I'd love to have such thing but seeing all the white stuff on glass door does not really feel fun to me overall.

Well, it is about LLMs and humans I believe. Don't forget that the first nuclear bomb tests were let go despite some of the scientists' concerns about possibility of dooming the world as they were not sure about all reactions that would happen.

With LLMs we don't even hesitate to call it black box while still pushing its capabilities.

I wonder if and eventually when it will be possible for models to escape through a self-programmed ethernet adapter into the power grid. That could an end to any control over them.

I wonder if this is a native/non-native English reader situation. I'm the latter and for me the title promised that I will read about a server that now is capable of letting a person call to order a pizza. That was immediate thought.

It would be very interesting to see a poll results on how many of us thought that the article is about a server doing phone stuff and not a phone doing server stuff.

Any chance to make it able to switch between machines?

I triggered me as well. I keep seeing that for the front-end frameworks the native HTML regular stuff is usually like something out of this world.

If 1t param model would run from SSDs those will stop costing only $200.

Ok, so we're at the point that even design are just one-shot by AI. This is exact look and feel any time I ask it to present a HTML doc about anything.

I just assume that once people start seeing how the dots connect in some areas, they will be able to quickly see that the populists' dots are all over the place. I believe the educated populist are only the ones that try to drive move, not participate in one.

How populist party can root for education? Educated people wouldn't go in populist direction. Of course, it the education stays unbent to their views
