I also had problem with loading youtube at the same time(for 10-15 minutes) . It looks like a coincidence, but who knows if google uses some of the infrastructure from aws.

Yes, there are some good freelancers, but most of the times their gigs description are not as polished, and that cannot beat the descriptions of other overconfident less-skilled freelancers.

If its small gig of 5-10 bucks, just try few gigs. if it is for a long term job, you need to vet them throughly with related questions and paid assignments.

Though its not crime where I live. But if it was, muncipal officer will give us two-three warning and later come with a team of worker, cut the grass and fine user with penalty + cost of cutting + additional panalty. Repeated violation will may lead sealing og property until the court hearing or a former apology.

Still it will never exceed $1k.

Agree, kernel is responsible for managing all low level stuffs that we mostly take granted, it should not have an extra level of abstraction.

I have read many mains of Linus where he specifically rants about the need of avoiding kernel panic, he specfically points what not to do in those mails. Certainly worth reading to understand this mail.

It looks interesting to me. It am kinda skeptical about it, most of the small chips which are under shortage are small chips, and definitely not made with latest 5nm/7nm node sizes. Most of this chips can easily manage to fall at 22nm node size, where TSMC is no monopoly.

I think its just a PR stunt by TSMC, to overprice and prebook their production capacity for increased margins.

PS: It is my personal opinion.

Not the clones. Its more like a clickbait title. And its not a project or product but just a listing,it could have been better as a blog post.

In my experience always have a side project you can work on. I had at least 2 side projects any time in last 10 years.very few got to where I planned but they kept me updated.

With evolving technology, Industry will require knowledgable managers who are familiar with latest tech and trends. You will fit there with your experience even after a decade.

I use php(7.4) and python(3.x), works great. Alternatively, perl is also a great choice.
