No worries. Before your comment, I didn’t even know about this type of computer. This is my new rabbit hole. Thank you for that.

Isn’t protection from retaliation by the government the point of the First Amendment? This wasn’t Facebook banning someone, this was the Secret Service saying “We know where you stand”.

Mocking isn’t making a threat. If it was, then the President shouldn’t have had his first term, let alone the second.

I don’t see why I would switch from iA Writer, which is already a refined Markdown editor (and is cross platform).

My major pain point is that Google requires me to use the YouTube app to authenticate when I sign. If it wasn’t for that, I wouldn’t have it on my phone at all.

Unfortunately, Winterbreak doesn’t work on Kindles with the latest firmware (5.18.1 or 2). And there’s no way to downgrade the firmware to an earlier one without having previously jailbroken your device.

So now it’s a waiting game to see when the new method for the latest firmware will be ready for the public.

Man, I _really_ want to play a Nobilis/Chuubo’s/Glitch game. But I can’t seem to wrap my head around the system(s), and it’s incredibly hard to find an AP that will help me understand how they work.

How would you teach a newbie the game(s)?

For me, the reason I keep a Chromium browser around is because government websites sometimes just don’t work on anything other than bog standard Chrome.
