Still running my M1 Pro as well, no plans on upgrading for the next few years

I find it somewhat meditative to scan and edit my 35mm strips. But I also don't very often do that, because I don't take _that_ many pictures and some of them digital. So I shoot maybe 3 rolls per year

> Buttons > Zippers

I disagree. Yes, the failure mode of buttons is better. But the opening/closing process of zipper is much more convenient/faster than for buttons, and I dress and undress a lot more often than I need to replace a button or zipper.

I own a lot of zip hoodies, some of them > 10 years old, and for none of these the zipper has ever failed. The only zipper that have failed on me are on bags (e.g. messenger bags or similar)

There are some excellent non-alcoholic ones, but also some terrible ones. Maybe see if you can find a few different brands

Still using my 12 Pro Max as well. Battery is still okay-ish on mine. Not good, but I don't have to actively worry about it. Will be looking forward to all the fancy new features when I replace it in 3-4 years

Might be a Vivaldi problem. It has "Computer Modern Sans" in Firefox which seems to be perfectly legible

There _is_ a json variant with comments, so that’s what you’ve seen. Not all parsers support that though

Eh, there are plenty of third party camera apps which do that (See: Halide and their Prozess Zero). I doubt a built-in one will go that way.

> GPS is covered by the phone that you're going to be carrying anyway.

I leave my phone at home when I go for a run. Connect my headphones to ma watch (which as my podcasts and audiobooks on there), remove the house key from my keychain and carry nothing with me besides key, watch and headphone. Feels so much better than having a phone with me

That logo for „introduction to topology“ feels incredibly off. The Möbius Loop doesn’t connect to itself in the back
