Don’t be the jerk, man

I was just stating that you don’t need automation to deploy spoilers, speedbrakes etc.

I made a browser extension that opens every tab to a proxy with a new ip address. I have a /25 at home that will keep my browsing more or less anonymous these days. I have another 200 ip addresses available through my colo, but a non residential address limits a lot of sites

Nothing prevented the pilots from applying speedbrakes. Nothing prevented the pilots from deploying spoilers. However the pilots were busy doing other things and, this is where your comment comes in, relied on automatic systems which require weight on the wheels

At least with LG you can revoke your consent. I came home to found STT audio recording enabled and I promptly disabled it and lectured the household about privacy.

My buddy had a Logitech Trackman and absolutely dominated in quake back in the day. So much so that it made me adopt a Trackman in 2001 and I consistently came in top 3 in counterstrike.

I’m sure it’s not the best ergonomic pointing device but I haven’t stopped using it and rock a Logitech ergo trackball these days.

Bluetoothctl in Linux.

Have done exactly this 15 years ago to find my lost phone (:

Also wrote a cheap 30 line shell script to allow playing videos and music to “follow me” from one room to another with well placed raspberry pi’s, 11 years ago

Kind of. You referenced flash memory. However I owned an ibm ps/2 from the 80s which had an MCA memory card which could accept SIMMs and extend system ram. So maybe the previous poster is being pedantic? No need to downvote them

Hey Bryan

A good rule of thumb is to always ask to see the cap table as an early employee. Question them when they don’t. Probably not so much with 0xide at series C, but definitely demand it at preseed and series A.

Hope all is good with you bro

I tried applying to Anthropic twice. Rejected. Then I see people with way less skill getting jobs there.

Network with people at the company and third time may be a charm. Maybe.

Xbox was overpowered at the time

Xbox 360 was rushed with gpu problems

I would say they got it all right with the Xbox one. Then the series came out and is a good example of what valve is doing with the steam machine. AAA Games will be optimized for the steam machine (and consequently for the coming shortage in memory components) with power players in custom rigs getting the full 8k, hdr 4.0, DLSS 6.5 etc
