Would this help <https://www.pdfdata.io/>?

With programming/shell using Dvorak I experienced pain noticed most in pinky-heavy commands (e.g. ls<RETURN>).

I now map right alt to return and that's helped:

   xmodmap ~/.Xmodmap

in ~/.Xmodmap:

    ! 108 = Right Alt
    keycode 108 = Return

A talk by Chris Granger in Dec 2015 trying to answer "What does programming look like in 10 years?" was interesting.

A recent iteration <https://youtu.be/VZQoAKJPbh8?t=46m56s> looks wiki-like.

I think the point was that startups, without a million lines of VBA and friends (terrifying), may get hooked on non-MS software because it's free/cheap.

So in X years they'll be rocking their Palo server and a million lines in to OpenOffice Basic (also terrifying), wondering why more people don't use Google Wave v2.
