What a great breakdown, nicely done. You should be a chess commentator if you aren't already!

If some % of workers were hired that didn't meet standards, then it seems like those doing the hiring are the ones that need to be replaced first.

I did exactly the same and haven't missed it one bit.

The Bobiverse series ("We are Legion (We Are Bob)") is also very good and kind of along the same style.

Crazy timing, I'm listening to that series now, it's great!

There is an app called split screen that solves this. I'm able to bring in my MBP and a second screen. It works really well actually.

There are values associated with pieces. Without considering the position, a pawn would = 1, Knight = 3, Bishop = 3.5, Rook = 5, and Queen = 9. I've not seen the game yet, but if he traded a Queen for 2 rooks that isn't such a bad deal.

Neat, but what stops someone from publishing your PWA under their own dev account? Sure you still control the site and data, but they could publish with inappropriate icons, wording, etc. It seems like maybe there is some potential for abuse.

Disappointing. No shark-nado or laser beams anywhere.

+1 for fish shell, it really is great. Powerline prompt with it is also super useful.
