They don't seem to mention a specific file or excel version this is supported from.

Can someone with access to this say what happens when you open one of these sheets in an older version of excel that doesn't support this feature?

I saw this a while back, and I'm surprised it doesn't have size and mass data (both very important when you're playing the game).

You pretty much have to do this to knock out starlink (or similar constellations in future). There's so many currently deployed and they can be launched with such cadence that knocking them all out isn't feasible.

In case anyone else is wondering what they mean by linux support;

> We're upstreaming core drivers for Snapdragon X2 Series — including the Hexagon NPU and Adreno GPU — to open the door to developers and partners.

Glad this isn't going to be some semi-proprietary thing like support for chromebooks. Hopefully it continues.

Why did you editorialise the title?

I can't find it now, but someone ported nommu linux to those cortex-m3 "bluepill" development boards that could be bought for ~$2 (they were built wrong and liquidated for a massive discount).

Seeing the title of this submission reminded me of it because I messed around with it a bit a few years ago.

I hadn't put much thought into why it was called "Vienna Standard Mean Ocean Water".

My first hint should have been that Austria is landlocked.

> Granted I was using my US passport, not my EU

Then you're American as far as they're concerned. Citizenship isn't something you can tell at a glance or determine by measuring a person.

Does it? I just tried logging in without typing the full username and it didn't work.

fmt:print from fmtlib has been around for at least a decade, though having it be in the spec by default now is nice.

Even in c++20, you could use format() to do most of what you'd want from it.

I think they're describing how you can force the two pins of a europlug into a type-G socket, if you first stick a screwdriver or key or something into the earth pin to open the shutters.

This will give you access to electricity, but the contact area is much smaller than it's designed for (round pins in a rectangular hole), so using it for anything high wattage will end poorly.

An often overlooked part of the BSA spec for type-G sockets is they're supposed to have a flat surface surrounding the socket large enough to prevent you using the earth pin of an upside down plug to do this.
