You can still use CrashPlan business plan, it's just not as cheap as before.

Exotic Objects | NYC-based (remote is fine)

We're a small dev shop looking for both modern Javascript devs (ES6, Backbone, etc) and python devs (with Django experience) to work on a long term project for big name client. Looking to form long-term relationships for new and ongoing work.

At least 5 years experience.

Close to Eastern time zone is preferred.

I assume you mean Alternote (not Alternate) which says it's just an alternative GUI to the Evernote backend. So you still seem to be at the mercy of Evernote?

Instagram seems to be doing OK with python.

On a related off-topic topic, does anyone know why AdWords doesn't allow super specific keywords? i.e. if keywords get under X hits then AdWords won't enable them even if there might be a few perfect people who will enter those keywords.

Is this a proposed standard or it's cool for Apple to create this custom property because it fits their flavor-of-the week design? This is typically be frowned upon when Microsoft does it.

Since you seem to know what you're talking about - can you explain: if the system can be accessed and controlled remotely, why it can't be patched remotely?

It's not and is actually misleading as people who do not already know this are not gaining any concrete information, just an anecdote.

What's more probable?

a) The developers were this incompetent

b) This "exploit" was a feature requested by the DHS

What's obnoxious is that everyone watching from the outside knew all these forced G+ moves were annoying and not welcome. One of the worst outcomes, imo, is the addition of G+ comments on YouTube videos - you end up with comments like "Check this out" in the video's actual comments section. Those comments are completely useless and destroy any sort of conversation, if it's even possible to have one in YT comments.
