I have never had a problem with the speed of homebrew.

I really thought this 'Artificial Beavers' thing would be different.

For reals though, the straightening of rivers has led to less habitat, less lost curves that host the most important animals.

I really wonder if they still have an office in Aarhus Denmark. It was weird to me that they did because no one drives uber there at all.

If they're hiring I'd work in Aarhus!

At least it's routine dental work and not an appointment at 2:30.

Go to the settings in Afterglow first and enable it. Then in Settings Wallpaper tap the 'Screen saver..' button. Select 'Custom' and then scroll and it is the last item to the right in the 'Other' section.

I'm coming out of the period where my kids need less help and it's really great working on projects alongside my kids making stuff. I try to model working on my projects as something that is enjoyable to me and that I am working over a long time period.

I've seen a lot of "Thai Food Near Me" as the name of restaurants.

It really looks cool, but creating JUST a simple damn button is a nightmare. Tabs, layout, fine, but you just want a button. nope.

I use Slint and tried a bunch of the other frameworks and nothing worked as well in embedded and also as mac/linux apps. It really accelerated development to have it running as a mac app and then be able to deploy it on real hardware.

Fantastic!

I remember MECC was a big part of my childhood. That was a private/public company that made educational software. Most known for Oregon Trail, but they did a LOT of software for many types of computers.

Eventually capitalism caught up with it and it was bought out, pieced out, and destroyed.
