I don't know if the article writer is north American, or possibly not familiar with traditional/native English, else they would know they are completely wrong it not being English.

Did the university at any point specifically communicate to him that he is refused access? I find that a very defining point.

Automated limiting, or blocking is not the same as explicitly saying you as a specific person or entity are forbidden.

The planes in question would have been obsolete by that point, also those planes from WW2 would have already been widely distributed among allied (including Soviet) countries

The implementations of RCS servers that were being done (here in the UK) by carriers, had many issues. A lot of the time your Google messages couldn't connect to the carrier RCS server, messages silently didn't send. I don't know if that was due to something like the carriers not updating their servers, or bad implementation though.

Elison and Oracle are a big threat, they have an obsession with holding as much data as possible, for every single US citizen they can get their hands on, and it is no coincidence they not only sell electoral targeting demographic data, but also are trying to install dystopian level servers under the whitehouse.

This happens to Irish/Scottish names too, such as McDonald, Mc being 'son of' in Gaelic language; the capital letter after Mc is wrongly changed to a lowercase letter.

Another very frustrating issue I run into, is hyphens not being allowed. My firstname and surname both have hyphens, and they are very common even in English based names.
