To defend the principle that it is unproductive to make irrational criticism of 2 week old open source projects because they don't fulfill the use cases of some random with nothing to add.
I thought it quite self evident
To paraphrase you: "no one should release new open source software libraries because it is not enterprise ready on day one with thousands of deployments and every feature imaginable".
If you don't want to use it, don't use it
- resentment that bad policy damages the institution’s reputation - annoyed it proves people i hate like correct
> It can't be stolen. You don't really own it.
At least in the UK computer generated code has been copyright-able for decades [1]
> (3)In the case of a literary, dramatic, musical or artistic work which is computer-generated, the author shall be taken to be the person by whom the arrangements necessary for the creation of the work are undertaken.
And the ToS of the major/minor AI providers as far as i can tell have no opinion on what you do with the code in terms of ownership.
The kimi.com interface also seems to indicate they can be used there (the badge to say its using gift quota is there for me).
However under Usage Details/Gift Quota it seems to indicate that it is consuming it via kimi code and sure enough my usage is reflected there from kimi cli. Odd and a tad vague
1. It's not happening
2. It's a good thing
3. Peddle false information
Impressive
Like we did on HTC G1s in 2008
