there is some truth to it but work culture is not "indian" its mostly product of socialist policies. True Indian nature is actually quite argumentative and asking lot of questions. same person would ask many questions when seeping tea with his colleagues but at work nature is changed. its mostly derived from survival rather than normal organic response and also inability to-do something about thousands of problem he has observed daily

Plan mode - primarily for me was for Human. Models through chat could always be informed and forced to correct but real difficulty is having a good guesstimate of what model know and how its going to act. Relying on Model and its future improvement and declaring plan mode is no longer relevant - is too jumpy IMO. If you are running bunch of agents - then you need to confine them and also instruct them in BATCH fashion. Plans also useful for shaming model when it goes wayword and give it a baseline to correct. With AI, one needs a control instrument plans and spec are useful instruments.
