That was the first thing I thought of - Adrian's Digital Basement might find this project very interesting.

And I don't think my accomplishments are being recorded!

$6,500 for OpenArm v2. Incredibly smooth movement, 4kg of load per arm. Its unclear how far the level of autonomous control has come so far. The video shows mostly tele-operated operation. I have to agree with other comments here that folding laundry is the killer app.

it'd be nice to see a comparison to rayfish.xyz

even without trying it, its so cool this exists. I think this kind of voice interaction has been a dream of adventure game creators for so long, and now its possible. there was a game many years ago (in the days of messengers like trillium being popular), I forget the name, where one of the characters would make a landline phone call to you. The voice acting was great and it felt novel and exciting to see it work.

"How much of each payout was your own money handed back." very interesting premise but the site needs more explanation of what that means and how it computes those numbers.

This was fun to play...for about 2 minutes before all the manual work of moving processes around got very tedious, which may be the point of the game. What I would like is a little code edit window where i could code simple routines to handle the scheduling, then be able to watch the result.

for those who aren't familitar with Meta's product line: "Meta Portal (also known as Portal) is a discontinued brand of smart displays and videophones released in 2018 by Meta." a tablet with feet, focused on video-calls.

for example, How much disk is needed? I started the uvx command and it started to download hundreds of megabytes. How much cpu ram is necessary and how much gpu ram is necessary? will an integrated intel gpu work? some ARM boards have a dedicated AI processor, are any of those supported?

it'd be nice to get some idea of what kind of hardware a laptop needs to be able to run this voice model.
