I find it a bit frustrating to have to request a free trial before seeing anything at all about your product. Any videos out there? Or images?

I give them a dev test (Node JS) with their choice of database to create a small service (front end and back end).

Deliverable is code + db scheme + additionnal questions (mostly how they would improve if they had time, choice on tech etc.)

We also have in interview "do this function for me" to see how they think

I work in the gaming industry, and recently have been spending a lot of time between reviewing resumes and going through Github code. What I did notice is: - The best profiles I've seen were not Github publishers - Doing a dev-test prior to interview is a better sorting - I believe open-source contribution is a state of mind and not of performance

I agree, blurry images and little content between images makes it hard to read, you need to space this out more I guess

Also in the costs, renting a space to put a booth does not seem to be included?

This doesn't make sense to me. You display Dijkstra as an example on your homepage. Imagine I want to use Dijkstra in an app that needs critical performance and calls the function 1000000 times per minute, making this an API rather a library just breaks the whole point of centralizing the algorithms.

It's interesting you advertise the need for speed when your page is so heavy it's giving my machine a hard time

Alright so this only concerns SPONSORISED STREAMS, and it's not that big of a deal (calming people down before they go crazy on articles that do not provide full details to a story)

This means they can stream other games during the LCS they just can't be paid to put company logos. It's just a commercial agreement more than anything
