Or it replace it with a handful character you don’t use in your language.

Often non native species are just sitting there. Not being leveraged by the ecosystem because it don’t know what to do with it.

I maintains a side project in Django since 5+ years now.

The scope has been reduce to almost nothing. I have spend like 20h on it in 2022. But it still being used.

Django helps by how boring and solid it feels.

A similar project in node would probably not build anymore

Older than that, flash already received the apple coup de grace a little while ago when ES6 was release.

Exactly, the accent bump is behind us. I get good transcripts of my meetings even with my tick accent

Yeah, I kinda give up on great trackpad and insane, actual, battery life.

It's been a while too, I'm remember that being a plus of Apple devices since 10+ years.

I don’t see the part about coming and going in your linked article.

It states that the ice coverage is at the lowest since 79 since we started to survey it from space.

But it’s probably fine yeah. That ice probably just go somewhere else, not in the giant body of water supporting it.

Thought and prayers!

Never heard that one before. I’m not from here but I live in the Deep South. It’s sounds right.

Indeed. Another minor difference but I think it bears fruits :

Excessive wealth is still kinda view suspiciously in Europe. As in “in you are that rich, we are in different world and I suspect you don’t have my best interest in mind or that you might be a closeted psychopath”

While in the US, wealth indicate value of the individual and it radiate to morality and intrinsic capacity ( of the individual… )

As much as the USSR was an unpleasant character. Stating “thanks to the Us and the Uk” without mentioning the role of the red army in the victory against nazi germany is vastly inaccurate.

Just the fact that Germany had to handle two fronts, one of them exclusively fought by USSR should be an indicator of that.

Recent unwrapping of historical communication also show that the US army decide to use nuclear weapon on Japan to end the war; not that much because dragging war is bad for civilian. But also because the red army was starting to pivot to the Asian front. Being done with Europe.

Also, I was mainly talking about village / neighborhood knowing each other and not being as divided as here. But that’s still an interesting point.

Ah, thanks for pointing that out. It sounds super cheesy but I miss common space where people play / mingle / relax / drink. Like a freaking plaza with table and chair and benches.

Those exists of course, just further far and between.

It’s counter intuitive because folk from the US are incredibly friendly and open. Super easy to talk to.
