So it's hard to draw the line for some people. Obviously, everything in life is a tradeoff and can be risky. But seeking medical advice is probably the best thing you can do bc you can reach a point of no return, and you will not accept treatment. How to draw the line? Like you said, disruptive changes and also disruptive behaviors. It's a complex problem.
