Soon we will be able to use AI to hack all these things to gain access to our own equipment.

I am surprised people don't look at this like hiring a plumber. When you hire a company to do something for you if they are doing less work and/or the work is easy enough you can do it yourself, you would not want to pay someone a lot to do the work.

It would be funny if all these engineers start making open source versions of what they were working on.

For this reason I try not to intermingle accounts. I won't touch good for email or other services because what happens if they decide using an ad blocker on youtube is bannable?

I think AI and open source go hand in hand. Open source can make AI so powerful and in return AI can bring to open source so many projects that were likely not possible before or are now considered "low value" because AI could replicate it so it makes more sense just to open source the project.

It is hard to make that decision without a conflict of interest. How much do you charge Tesla to use SpaceX engineers? At the very least a lot of disclosures should be happening for investors on both sides.

As Elon intermingles the company how are investors compensated fairly for this. What does Telsa pay SpaceX for the technology and is there a conflict of interest?

I think it is interesting you think that people are believing fiction about Amazon when it comes to convenience. This reminds of the AI debate. Some people think AI is great and others think it is stupid. Neither side can see the others perspective.

I remember why most of the stuff on the frys shelf was like this. I think it was their downfall and for me i stopped shopping there because of all the broken items. With Amazon at least I don't have a huge cost to drive there and back.
