Start resetting devices first. Like phone and laptop. Then change password to social messaging apps and email. Also change WiFi SSID + password. Be patient and observe a bit. If still an issue then engage police again.

No problem in giving a kid access to technology early. The trick is keep a ratio of 10:1 for produce/create vs consume.

Zoom used to be good. It’s a mess since they’re trying to be a product suite. Feels like the app is run by 4 product teams with the following team names:

Agree that spam filtering out of the box could be improved. If you want advanced control then write a SIEVE script https://www.fastmail.help/hc/en-us/articles/360060591373-How...
Deliverability issue are foreign to me. Never had an issue in over a decade. Did you configure everything properly? Also, ask their support about this with a concrete example. They’re very helpful.

Twilio works well. Just buy a number and forward txt msg to your phone. Never had an issue with low volume.
