Ironically , I resigned EXL a while ago and I was working under Anand's team only and most of the things he said I proposed it to improve their internal as well as client facing work. I left because the managers were still working using the age old process of management without bringing in the new methods of development in the system. Till date I haven't seen any of these things get implemented in real work anywhere. It's really funny to me

Yo Can't help but see that LLMs are literally made to predict next tokens. Can you tell me how does this benchmark help my claude code? Or any other harness we use. It's quite unclear to me.
