What about if your door is open and you're talking loudly to your friend on speakerphone with the volume way up? Do I have to plug my ears when I walk past?

What about “mkdir android ; cd android ; repo init -u git://android.git.kernel.org/platform/manifest.git ; repo sync ; make” doesn't work right now?

Because it's working just fine for me.
