not sure if this is sarcasm or if you've been living under a rock for the past month.

And where should they get them? From Twitter?

Maybe I don't understand exactly what you are saying, but if I do: there is a fundamental difference between Gypsies and homeless people, you are born a gypsy by no fault of your own, but most people are not born homeless. As such racism towards Gypsies is far more heinous because you could have any education, profession, income, housing situation you'll always stay a Gypsy and face the same prejudice, whereas you can (somewhat) more easily stop being homeless.

Now we could have a discussion on whether being poor is a choice or a consequence of societal inequality, but I think more people agree on racism here...

can someone figure out the right invocation of defaults write to script it? I think it would be pretty ironic if that same person used an LLM to achieve it :)

> Although, no joke, a lot of peoples first reaction is: "They need to compete in Eurovision first. Otherwise they should wait for Australia to join first."

What? First time I hear of this. Honestly, Eurovision doesn't really have anything to do with the EU. We all know the main sponsor is from a non-EU country whose participation is much more controversial than Canada anyway.

I don't think killing people solves world hunger, we already produce enough food to feed everyone, it's just not evenly distributed.

The fact that corporations have more privacy rights than people is dystopian.

A great example of this triad is driving a car: many people choose to do so every day and a small but not insignificant fraction of them will die because of it.

> Nobody is forcing people to risk their lives to infringe on other people's rights.

Except poverty, ignorance, hunger, addiction, untreated mental illness...

Or you could have a society with a welfare safety net or even viable forms of transportation other than a private car. It appears that places where that happen also tend to have much lower crime rates as an added benefit.

let's set aside for a second the fact that this is not how things work, but you are off by an order of magnitude

EDIT: parent comment was edited: it used to say $15
