Well, I tried... I keep multiple tabs open for daily work. Safari just blanks them out seemingly at will. The tab still has the title of the site in it, but the page is blank, the url bar is blank, no option to refresh. It's just gone, like I opened a brand new tab. Maybe I'll try again in another year.

Lonesome Dove has been mentioned many times in this thread. Was it recently revealed/brought up on a tech blog or is this some sort of AI-related “what should I read” convergence? Not at all a criticism, but curiosity.

I just finally finished “The Ferryman” (Justin Cronin), and “Vera, or Faith” (Shteyngart). I have “Reverse Centaur” (Doctorow) open and “Rainbow’s End” (Vernor Vinge) on deck.
