If you want to improve your cardiovascular health, do some cardio 3-7 times per week for at least 30 minutes.
If you have the will/want/time, add in some weight lifting 3-5 times a week.
Lastly, controlling your diet will make arguably the biggest difference in your body composition. If you want to lose weight you need to eat less calories than you burn period, unless you have medical conditions. If you have trouble losing weight you need to count your calories and figure out your TDEE using a calculator(google will pull up a few).
So personally I go to the gym directly after work(bring everything you need in the morning). This works the best for me because it doesn't allow me to get home and be lazy.
* App performance / design is phenomenal. Great job.

You have an interesting monetization model... Personally, I would get rid of all the tiers and just have your default free + 3.99 full unlock. I don't imagine many people reading hackernews will fall in between and want to pay money while still seeing ads. Your pricing is fine though I think for the full version.
Anyone who claims C is dead likely is working in the Silicon Valley startup bubble. Sure, C isn't going to get your far at mostly web based companies but every computing device you own most likely has C and assembly running the hardware bits and the underlying system.
Other options might be utilizing another companies API like the google maps api or similar.
Packaging is good, form factor is slick. The instructions were spot on and all the build materials seemed good. My biggest complaint is honestly the leather - its surprisingly lightweight and doesn't really give off the "premium" vibe. For instance I've got the apple leather case on my iphone6+ and it has a totally different feel despite being nearly the same thickness.
Just want to clarify I liked the kit and would recommend it but I figured I'd give you my whole honest opinion.
Both may reduce some cheating but overall CSGO remains one of the most cheater infested games. The latest approach by valve is something called Prime matchmaking, where you must verify your identity with a phone number in an attempt to reduce throw away cheating accounts. This further divides the user base into smaller groups.
Many of the problems with cheating stem from the data passed between client and server. Though many of these design choices have advantages for other client performance/features, they allow cheating to prosper.
As a side note, third party match making such as ESEA use a more extensive and supposedly more effective anti cheat software. These services are usually paid as well.
