I usually start a codex or claude session on the remote host, close my mac, even restart Orca desktop on mac, but when I start Orca, I can watch the Orca on my remote host working through.
It's similar to Claude remote session, but just easier to manage, easier to create worktree, easier to navigate, open multiple tabs etc.
- Client says they added me already, but I have no email with an invite. Turns out I didn't have an account that had previously joined Teams with a personal account.
- But even after I created a teams account, due to the order of events (added to corp account as guest, then created a teams account), I still don't have access and need to be readded.
- I can't upload images on groups because I don't have OneDrive access, WTF?
- I cannot download transcripts of meetings I join because I don't have permission.
How bad can a software be? Really?
The limitation of Orca or Herdr is that they don't have integration for multi project work. Here is what I wanted
Telegram/OpenClaw → Single Linear Account Control plane with multiple projects → route each task to be completed and PRs open for review across multiple repos.
This is where Cyrus helps. You setup labels and routing so cyrus knows which gitrepo to build worktrees from, and the labels can help you pick up the right model (codex-sol/astro or claude-opus/fable). This has helped me be more hands off.
So I use both Orca and Cyrus. Cyrus for automation (telegram ingress) vs Orca if I want anything hands on.

I believe Himalayan French Cheese is doing this already. https://www.facebook.com/himalayanfrenchcheese/
