it is the only amendment there is in the USA, all others are just for show. fourth amendment gotta be the biggest joke at this point that it even “exists” on paper so-to-speak. 2A holds it together though to make us feel like we are “free” :)

it absolutely is which makes it fascinating when you do absolutely not a thing in your life but make insanely inaacurate predictions for years on end and still have a career where instead of ocassionally be laughed at at parties you are being discussed on HN

absolutely not a nightmare but necessary in places that are serious about their shit. paying off ransomware isn’t an issue at all, if my bank got hacked I would pull money out pretty much the next morning and same would be true for hoardes of others even though our money is fdic insured.

I have a credit card but no balance due ever on it. 1/4 of americans do not have any debt, no card debt, no mortgage, no car loans…

Any party who is not in power will say just about anything to get the power. If Germany was not in EU, AfD would be screaming at the top of their lungs to join etc. In today’s day/age people all that up on socials etc

honestly not sure what in particular triggered you about my comment but defending Zuck might not be the hill you want to die on. I do agree that my comment is not kind/appropriate/… but some people like Zuck deserve it from time to time
