Yes, and those differences have an intrinsic value. As an example, my comment's "cover" communicates my discontent and frustration with "AI tone". As a matter of fact, my "cover" here became the discussion itself. Thus, my comment's "cover" is not actually a cover but a part of the communication. In contrast, the "AI tone" is just a cover to make a writing look superficially more professional without adding any value to the communicated idea or emotion.
Ok, if this is the argument that you want to use, here is a counterargument that completely destroys your viewpoint.
Most civilized countries don't bill the patient, and it is entirely funded by either taxes or mandatory public insurance. So just like how it is in "big-medicine industrial complex's" best interest to maximize profits, it is in the health system's best interest to lower cost. So if whole-body scans for otherwise healthy (as in no symptoms) people means less profit for those companies, it means less cost for the health system, which would mean they would be promoting (or even requiring) whole-body scans. MRI machines are much cheaper than doctors.
If we are supposed to not judge the content by its cover, then don't put a cover on it. It's that simple. AI adds no value to the content, just some noise that makes it harder to reach the actual information/emotion.
Having a reason doesn't make it any less dangerous though.
Edit: OK, that's not really a "range". I have no idea why I phrased it like that. Both are very dangerous statements that can be life threatening if the wrong person believes it. I just hope that comment didn't cause any diabetic ketoacidosis cases.
That's only because they are only "similar" on the surface. It feels like saying "football, volleyball and basketball are similar" just because they are all team games played with a ball.

How is creating a card anything different than reviewing the card once? Anki is a long term tool, writing something down once isn't. The time spent creating cards is better spent on doing more reviews.
The classic "You're holding it wrong" defense. Especially when the alternatives don't have this problem.
