This is a video by the government, not a independent news source?

Shouldn't you be able to see that on sattelit pictures?

The alternatives is planning for the max disaster- and that means ordering and storing coffins in bulk. We could get a pretty good deal if we order NOW.

Better to be dead then to be a slave in russia- which almost always means you will become a slave dragged against your will to the trenches to die in another enslavement campaign. So the choice boils down russia or not russia - and beeing dead either way.

Lets not forget that russias "subversion" of europes politics and culture is also relentless. The fifth column would continue the attack from inside, even if a treaty was signed. AFD and BS in germany come to mind, Front National in France, etc. They have so many useful idiots, with anit-imperial ideas useful for the last empire standing.

Trump wants everyone to get nuclear weapons. He wants a world of transactional big players and unreliable alliances with shakedowns. That is a world were everyone scrambles for a nuke, naturally. And pakistan is broke- you can get one there relatively cheap.

What is needed is a Graphene Lightmill, turning driven by light alone, capturing CO^2 spinning out graphene as a monofiber, no in between steps, no conversions.

I dont know, i have used F# for a while now. My problem with it- is discoverability and reuseability of the created code. It is very hard to read and get in - compared to classic OO and its hard to reuse something created and custom tailored. My 2 cents, may be worth even less, due to my limited experience and a propably wrong approach by me.

This scam is actually pretty old- as in private patients get that all the time. My mum had her perfectly healthy teeth all drilled and filled in switzerland, as a private patient, when she was barely out of her teens.

Maybe that is the use-case- a hallcuinated internet with links, that you click along in search of something, until the gpt has enough information to generate it from thin air. Maybe the journey is the destination.

The problem with attempts to controll knowledge, aka limit it, is that it has a tendency to spiral. You limit information about this and that- some zealous partymonger goes astray and limits all the information related. Next you have a famine and because of the involved parties guilt about the dysfunction, knowledge is limited even further. You either have all the information, including the one about retardations going awry in the past. Or you do not and spiral down to become one of those figures in the history lectures doing bizar things, repeating past failures. Looking both ways in this comment. The whole narrative control thing of the left, which is completely blind to physical realities causing problems and makes everything a theater-society-production with a racist villian is almost as disgusting as the ahistoric "isolationism will solve our problems" of the right.

So, just hypothetical, what would you do if the whole millionaire and billionaire tech caste declared for a dictatorship to protect there wealth against a democracy that would get ever more re-distribution leaning as the world succumbs to global warming?

There is malicous compliance. They can create new email categories, to which you are auto "resubscribed" - you validating that the email is used and has a reader that reads the emails and cleans his mailbox is worth a buck.

Then you hovering over topics you might be interested before unsubscribng gives away preferences.
