I've been to about half of those, and can confirm their awesomeness!

I find Netlify has a nicer interface for setting up a site through Git(Hub) (more hand-holding), but it also lets you upload a site by dragging and dropping a folder into their UI.

Unless you invoice more than ~120k€ it's generally more convenient, if possible, to cap your work/earnings at 65k€ and pay less taxes, less social security contribution, and no VAT
