Have you seen https://github.com/nocodb/nocodb? I'm not sure it supports concurrent editing, but seems like it might.

I made two PRs to get the app running on Linux. Unfortunately I now run into bleak/bluetooth errors (maybe related to bluez or missing firmware?)

I'll second the recommendation for Nootropics Depot. They're top notch with regard to testing (they run an ISO 17025 accreddited lab), and the owner frequently talks about the science of how various compounds work and interact on r/NootropicsDepot.

They're using Anthropic by default, but it's possible to connect it to the OpenAI API as well.
