I am not generalising, just providing a single data point about my local health service which is very relevant to my treatment. Even if it an outlier or does not match your colleagues experiences it does not make it less true for me.
I recommend reading the top comment by walterbell. Not everything is an attack on medicine/science. While it's important to keep discussions honest/scientifically accurate, it's also important to show some empathy and realise not everything is a debate or attack.
I'm not making that claim. I'm only providing an anecdote about my local health service and that is what I have been told.

I guess it will take time since these conditions can take time to manifest or be diagnosed. I really hope it proves to be a rare occurrence.
Edit: I would like to hear other people's experiences if they are willing to post them.
Spreading the content over 2 pages makes it very unusable. Displaying 2 pages side by side makes the content too small to read. Having every 2nd page color inverted makes it unprintable. It's also annoying if (like me) you invert the colors on your e-reader or PDF viewer.
I also noticed the index doesn't have hyperlinks to the content pages and it doesn't appear to have a working table of contents making it even more difficult to use on an e-reader.
I like the concept but the implementation has serious usability issues.

It is already broadly accepted that we are already experiencing a massive mass extinction event - the Anthropocene Extinction.
I think critics don't really understand the scale or scope of the changes humans have made to the planet and the negative results for all other species. Global warming is just one issue, perhaps one of the most pressing, but it also blinds people to the devastation of deforestation, coral reef loss and a multiple of other man made disasters.

KDE has so many useful libraries [1] that can be used to build trailored desktops, like LXQt.

Even if I do trust the developers, are they really capable of keeping a modern complex browser secure in the hostile environment of todays internet? It has millions of lines of code in multiple languages with a history going back 2 decades. I can't find:
- who is responsible for the project security
- their CVE policies
- policies for back porting Firefox patches etc
- update schedules
They also removed the auto-updater which is critical to ensuring browsers get the latest patches.
I'm really skeptical about the (undocumented) "hundreds of privacy/security/performance settings and patches" they claim to have implemented. What exactly cannot be achieved through settings and addons?
The way the public conversation has unfolded in this crisis has been extremely disappointing to say the least and I understand your position. All the misinformation, conspiracy theories and politicising has made any real conversation impossible. Anything can and will be used to undermine confidence in vaccines. Unfortunately that means genuine issues get bundled in with the untrue in most peoples minds in my experience at least. I really don't envy anyone in the medical field at the moment when facts are twisted/discarded and people are dying as a result.
