> gives dumb people access to each other

Was this a serious comment? It made me realise that prior to the Internet, information flow was controlled by journalists or through peer reviewed papers and academic forums. People without advanced education would, generally, be limited to people in their local area.

The author is in DevSecOps (i understand the Sec part...) - nitpicking is in the job description.

Wasn't part of the point of the post was that this is a passion project? It's not a viable business.

Isn't this "just" the latest iteration of a coprocessor?

Isn't it less than a year since Claude models went from 100k token limit to 1M limit? Don't get me wrong - my main agent normally gets to 25% or so before I clear it these days, but as a subagent, doing research or summarisation, I don't think 100k is "absurdly low".

No? This company is based in Sweden, right?

That being said, the only reference to the EU is the domain itself - everything else says European, and the UK didn't move during Brexit.

Given the negative social perception of screen time, wouldn't the parents be motivated to report lower than actual numbers? Furthermore, this is one population (Singapore) and doesn't detail (at least not in the summary) how screen time varied from day to day (eg my children have substantially less screen time on school days, than weekends. Screen time in both cases tends to be biased towards breakfast time, when the house is a bit manic, or after significant periods of outdoor/energetic activity when everyone needs a rest.)

I don't think so. My understanding was "confirmed" by ChatGPT, though I haven't looked at the sources.

> Rugby in Ireland is governed by the Irish Rugby Football Union (IRFU), which was established in 1879, decades before Ireland was partitioned in 1921. It has always organised rugby on an all-Ireland basis.

And, of course, the Ireland rugby team picks players from both the Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland.

It seems like inlining futures that aren't holding variables over the await point might solve a large part of these issues?

> Government support won't work for OSS at scale — it's too globally decentralized... We recently received US 501(c)(3) tax-exempt charity status.

If this is successful in the first iteration, I'd love to see a UK and EU based charities too. That would allow european donors to support on a gross pay basis, and may simplify grants to european nationals too. (I'm sure similar things apply in other jurisdictions too.)
