Most of high energy theoretical physics is very non-rigorous or even hand-wavy. I think AI isn’t there yet for such problems.

EU currently emits only 5% of the globally emitted greenhouse gases.

You can cut all the city hopping you want and it won't make the slightest difference.

Last time I visited NL many shops (including Albert Heijn) only supported Maestro, so as a foreigner you effectively can't pay with Visa or Mastercard.

KubeVirt only supports full QEMU. They have a long open issue about QEMU MicroVM support.

The set of core services on AWS remains amazing: EC2, S3, IAM, EKS, Route53, RDS etc.

AWS IAM is extremely well designed when you compare it with the spaghetti monster IAM systems of other clouds.

Every time I try the new cool thing supposed to replace these services on some other provider - I understand how mature and polished the AWS ones are.

With that said, the rest 90% of AWS services like WorkMail, Cognito, API Gateway, are absolute hot garbage which no good meaning AWS expert will touch with a 10 meter stick.

I hate to say it, but you don't have any issues mainly because the romanian tax office is just more relaxed than the german one.

> A company is considered tax resident in Romania if it has its ‘place of effective management’ (POEM) in Romania.

All EU countries have the same laws in this regard, as it is a precondition for joining the EU.

There is no such evidence. The widely accepted models of physics are all continuous. If you see headlines like "physicists think our world might be discrete" please read them as "scientists cured cancer in mice".

Yes, the specific details are outlined in the bilateral tax treaties between Estonia and the given country, but it is almost always tax evasion.

It mostly makes sense for people from countries with weak corporate tax enforcement that need a limited liability entity in a reputable jurisdiction like Estonia.

Days "roll-over" when you sleep, so it should be safe to rollover notes which haven't been edited for 6 hours. That way there is no fixed rollover time.

A well-written article that is a pleasure to read, in our slop driven day and age.

I have been skeptic of the no extra sensors approach Tesla took since they announced it . It is obvious that extra sensors is what can make self-driven cars outperform human drivers, not merely match them.
