I don't know it it helps but one of the reasons that the nra was against banning guns from people on the no fly list was that there was no legal process to get in or off the list. Am angry bureaucrat can put anyone (including senators) on the list for whatever reason.
So, based on that I guess that there is a non insignificant change that you will be put on the no fly list

If you want a good alternative try xmpp. It is basically email but for chat. Completely free, open source, distributed. And, you can have as many as you want with no need for a phone number.

I don't know what the NRA is doing but it looks like it is working. Here is a graph showing a long term decline in gun deaths in America.

I don't know how to say it kindly but there is a difference between "what" type of people the car killed. If the fatality was another rule abiding driver on the road or a pedestrian crossing at a crosswalk that would be really bad. However if it was someone not following the safety rules by j walking, then that person accepted upon themselves a higher probability of being in an accident. When making laws, for the most part, they are for the benefit of law abiding people.

A lot of German sites have two buttons. One with no tracking that pressing it causes the "follow up" script to run, and then the "follow us" script that tracks you.
Legally it can mean a case where a man met a women in a bar, she was not drunk and wanted to go home with him. She explicitly consented. Later it ends up that she was using a fake ID to get into the bar, she was only 17.9 years old in a state where the age of consent is 18. Or alternatively, the guy recently moved a block over. In his old location the age of consent was less than 18, but now he moved and he committed rape (aka, the opinion that got Richard Stallman to step down).
