I will be honest with you.

Companies just want an excuse to layoff people. Don't give one to them.

Just use whatever machine they give you and buy yourself a new Linux machine.

Sorry, but it is true.

Post a fact about how bad is the far right, including the current US administration, and it will be flagged.

Post a fake news about how good is the far right, including the current US administration, and it will be right on the front page, no matter how much you downvote or flag.

Because this is not a neutral ground.

This site is owned by far-right aligned people and they censor everything that makes them look bad.

This is not a bug, it's a feature.

To get the same nutrition, you need to buy twice.

You lose, the industry wins.

Trump and Putin are sides of the same coin.

Reliance on any of them is not just a risk, is a tragedy waiting to happen.

Yes, it is. The rich get richer, and the poor get poorer, until there is nothing left to the poor.

It doesn't matter how big you grow the pie if a few people take everything for them and leave just leftovers for everybody else.

AI already grew the pie, but the system is rigged, and the same people are taking the new pieces of pie.

Usually large corporations been sued are the result of public pressure, which only happens in a few cases, but anyway, been successfully sued is nothing to them.

What are millions of dollars in fines when you are a multi billionaire corporation? It is just a rounding error in your account, it does not prevent corporations and any other member of the elite to follow the law.

The answer to this question is very simple, and yet extremely unconfortable: the law is for common people, not for the elite.

The elite is permited to do whatever they want without consequences. Consequences are for common people, so they can behave the way elite want.

AI doesn't need regulations, but the owners of AI do.

I have 2 questions:

- there are companies offering serverless functions on their platforms, powered by Deno Deploy. Can this acquisition be an attempt to kill competition?

- Cloudflare now owns a huge chunck of JavaScript ecosystem, like Vercel. They are buying like countries that are arming themselves for war. What is the strategy here?

AI companies should.

It's all about this, but people refuse to think about it, they prefer to think AI will become Skynet instead.
