I totally recommend Radio FIP (France Inter Paris) for anyone a little frustrated with Spotify. I listen to this for hours each day. I love every one of those hours.

Unlike Spotify, expert DJs select a wide range of music from genres that span the globe. Throughout the day, FIP curates an eclectic mix of genres—from jazz to rock, world music to classical—ensuring that I'm constantly exposed to various musical worlds without needing to curate or chase playlists myself.

FIP's programming is uninterrupted by DJs or ads, allowing for a seamless, immersive listening experience. The station's French commentary, when it occurs, adds a touch of charm without becoming a distraction, making it easy to "set it and forget it."

Do yourself a favour...

Here's my site. I work at a communication school. I've noticed we often get the usual suspects into the comms industry - so I'm trying to help fix that a little bit (for free) (https://adamhorne.com/outsiders/)

As a designer I would find myself messing with the design all the time, I told myself that I had to use the default WordPress theme with a tiny amount of little CSS tweaks (font size, color) and that that it. The good thing is that it updates seamlessly.

Bar ends are a lifesaver! I got pretty bad RSI a few years ago and anything I did where my palms are down meant pins and needles in my arms. And as a cyclist, I quickly learned drop bars were best - but when I wanted to mountain bike, drop bars were the difference between being able to do it, and not. A vertical mouse also helped (at work).

Get a vertical mouse. Now. I used to get wrist pain and tennis elbow (lateral epicondylitis) and it was the difference between working, or not. I highly recommend anything from Evoluent.

And use the pomodoro technique where you can (20 mins on, 5 mins off).
