Says who?

They made great products, fit the market over decades, and we're ruthless.

It seems more likely that Gates couldn't fail, than that if one contract went another way, he must have failed.

Agree at the start and disagree by the end.

People who are rude to service workers can just be arseholes, and don't have to hate themselves to be so.

Disagreeableness is an attribute, so is callousness, and so on.

"Don't fear change" is a religious statement, no different than "never accept change".

Imagine I am 200IQ, and I can solve things you can't comprehend.

You appear to be saying I should this be able to run any system, including the entire United States fed govt, and anyone who even questions if that may have bad effects should "not fear change".

The industrial revolution was Change, but so is cancer.

Given the 100 years of studies across cultures (and now species), it probably made you think of curves shapes before you'd ever seen a boabob tree, let alone knew its name.

Maybe because when you pronounce a B, it's very hard to make it sound sharp. The lips rolling off one another naturally have a gentle ramp-up. It's really hard to have a sudden transient. You can record this in a free DAW and see it in front of you.

By contrast, it's very hard to make a K- sound without a sharp transient.

With B you are adding pressure to two soft tissues in contact.

With K you are adding pressure when one tissue is hard, and saliva is present (causing a relatively sudden production of the sound).

Try making B sound sharp, hard to do while saying Bouba.

Try making K sound soft, basically impossible, especially while saying Kiki.

Definitely. Something more onomatopoeiac like Chinese would be much clearer.

I understand I am breaking the style rules, however...

Do they though? Or is that biased by having seen wavelengths?

Sorry to off-topic, but why use a word designed to sound denigrating and like a slur?

I'm 0th percentile on the "AIs can feel/are alive" spectrum, but I still think it's probably bad for your soul to use a word that sounds like a horrid slave owner speaking of their property in the 18th century

Because surely it changes how you feel if the bread was disabling ducks, rather than just innocently feeding them with no downsides.

Probably the numerous people who noted that bread disables ducks and is very bad ecologically.

Wouldn't it be more profitable to have the user pay you for your model, running in your servers, than for a while separate company to try and make a profit out of being the middle-man?

I mean you'd have to crunch the numbers, but Anthropic would need one helluva advantage in efficiency before that would be cheaper to google than the full stack in house

Don't confuse "Ben can answer these emails in 20 minutes" with "anyone could answer these emails in 20 minutes"

Imagine you could get Elon to answer your emails. Is that perfectly interchangeable with any other human?

If that's true, you're claiming that it only accurately measures about 27% of the population yet somehow returns 66% accuracy.
