20 years ago I was "that guy" who went "uhm, actually, you almost certainly don't have celiac". Alas, my efforts did not stop the trend, and today the nocebo effect for gluten has become a multi-billion dollar racket.

Not to mention, s8/16/32/64, u8/16/32/64, f32/64 typedefs are all very popular for modern c/c++... and totally fine.

This is just standard gatekeeping by pearl clutching devs with PTSD from decades ago.

If you don't mind me asking: what is your goto for this? "Building Basic AI Agents to automate some mundane supply chain workflow".

I get to say a lot of "i told you so" to my wife these days. She used to call me an old man for being a stick-in-the-mud and not updating my phone's apps. When I have them working the way I want: why would I want to update things and risk changing that?

These days she's swearing up a storm whenever an update breaks or removes things.

Interesting research about this subject focuses on hydrology, which is greatly affected by climate change. Results are mixed. Some areas may have increased frequency of earthquakes and some may have decreased. Local topology is likely the main factor as well as other correlating regional factors such as subsidence due to aquifer usage (which is both directly and indirectly affected by drought).

I don't know how to properly cite here with this crappy keyboard I'm on, but there's enough reputable sources out there which at least point to this being something plausible.
