I agree it seems backwards.

Valve targeted the big releases / industry players specifically because the context in which Valve added that was where all the big players were making their own store fronts: EA Original/App Ubisoft launcher, Blizzard Battle.net. And Epic Game Store, where Ubisoft (or another big player I forget) was talking about abandoning their launcher for Epic which has a lower revenue cut like ~12%. So it seemed Valve made that change to shore up keeping the big industry players releasing on Steam.

In 2016 the tone was wanting for an outsider not a political insider. Trump was the only outsider on the final ticket.

On the Democratic ticket Bernie Sanders would have been the outsider. But the Democratic National Committee under Debbie Wasserman Shultz made sure to avoid a vote by the people of the Democrat party and put in their chosen one, insider Hillary Clinton.

I’m up for anyone and everyone pointing it out until it’s fixed. Which is hopefully one step on the path to action, which is on the path to change, and eventually resolution. Justice and fairness will be an ever present battle or at least vigilance.

What is “EA” in this context?

Yes! I don't drink alcohol but have gone wine tasting with friends and one vineyard had grape juice from some of their grapes and it was interesting and yummy.

An interesting variety of grape juices would be very cool.

What is "Confucian rectification of names"? Thank you.

Agreed. Also a search along the lines “cars like Toyota RAV4" when I intend to broaden the search to other equivalents, because I don’t know the terminology.

That sounds like unintentional. Which still can be original. A happy accident.

Was the account origin feature removed soon after release?

Even there half the brain was doing the real reasoning. It’s just the other half which was the verbal/story half didn’t know what that real reasoning was so made up a story it believed to make it fit but was different reasoning.

It’s not without reasoning. But half got the reasoning wrong; even if thinking it was right.

One can be content or happy without being complacent. Also finding peace with what you have can open motivation to make change. The discontent of one’s current situation can be debilitating and demotivating so removing the mood or feeling can actually enable action.

But then what you put effort in will resonate with you and not be the same as what you would do when trying to chase something to impress someone outside.

There is this strange paradox of accepting a situation enables changing it. I hope others who read this who understand it better will share their more lucid insights.

In case you want to edit it back in: in the 3rd paragraph second sentence, the star in your int* got gobble up by formatting to italics.

This links to “Firefox Focus” which is different in the iOS App Store than “Firefox”. I had no idea.

This Firefox Focus on iOS does effectively block adds on a recipe site unlike plain Firefox. I just did a cursory head to head test on the same recipe site url.

Thank you for sharing this!
