Your paradigms are showing! I'd argue that if your POV is strictly "That's not how it's done," then it's time to re-read Kuhn's Structure of Scientific Revolutions.

I don't think you can ever identify why someone is going to prattle on for days on a topic. Could be they're trying to convince themselves as much as those around them.

It's a File as a Software. Will it matter if it's wrong in a year? You're also witnessing people trying new things. File as a Software? I guess that was an eventuality since agents write, execute, and forget bits of code just for specific applications. Maybe AI is to code as Guttenberg was to the Bible? It just became available to the masses.

I'm starting a p(ButlerianJihad) club. I'm not good at organizing, anymore. Might have to hand it over to my agent.

Timely comment! I'm learning harness design and was introduced to the concept of writing guiding principles. I look forward to trying it. (Great site. I agree with another comment. It does look commercial. Had I not been committed to looking for ways people define principles and rules, I might have skipped it. Glad I didn't.)

Do you have any resources that guided your work?

Coming from a former production manager, communication takes style and you have to meet people where they are at. If they're at "Crocker's Rules," awesome! That takes 25 to 50% of the work out of the writing. They could be at "my best work was just trashed and I'm ready to quit," to which you could slow your roll and work through the crisis. Keep adding to your comm tools and you won't need one-size-fits-all theories.

People who are paying attention see that the government is changing rules daily. Feel safe today? Wait until tomorrow when Trump decides he wants to do something that you're in the way of.

To be blunt, you can count on real estate people wanting to smell each others' buttholes... and they have money. They provide the motivation and the cash, you provide the mechanism. Seems like a match made in heaven.

I would have loved this when I worked in commercial real estate. Monitoring competition may have hooked me but I think there's another layer to monitoring clients.

I know I'd be listening intently if I were on the jury. I'm a "sauce good for the goose is good for the gander" kind of guy.
