Don't forget that you need to randomly login again for teams, again for outlook, and for whatever reason the onedrive website will not open unless you try multiple times.

Yes, I love this. My browser is already sending "do not track" requests.

As of today, just the Adobe Reader is 3.5GB on disk. So they're doing something, but I don't know what it is. A similar pdf reader app is around 300MB, and Foxit Reader is 950MB with more features.

Reposts from recruiting agencies or other unrelated companies to resell the candidates or simply farm user details for fraud etc.

There are also a lot of reposts coming from recruiting companies.

I see a position getting posted for a local company, and within hours the same requirements are showing up for 10 new postings with vague company names like "... is wanted for a local manufacturer" etc.

One of the comments mentioned that they have a bus size of 2048, which may be why the latency is higher.

> These chips have a massive bus size of 2048 bits, instead of the 64 or 128 bits (dual channel) used by DDR5.

Honda found a work around where they show you a warning on your dash if you disable data collection, similar to maintenance being due or low fuel.

We were blaming Bambu Lab, but apparently Google is no different.

I would like to raise another question. If I recap a meeting onto physical paper, by hand, is it still considered a felony?

The point I'm trying to make by this exaggeration is that sometimes the information itself is private and recording that information causes issues as well.

e.g. a military personal taking a pen and paper and listing some secret information they know of, this piece of paper by definition is also subject to regulation that is supposed to keep secret information secure.

I'm quite skeptical of rust usage leading to anything that helps consumers. Microsoft managed to add arbitrary code execution to Notepad. And it all points to a total disregard of the end-user, not lack of talent or capacity.

Reminds me of how they allow OEMs to install bloatware through Windows update now. I believe LG did something that leads to various app installs when you connect their monitors via HDMI.

Outlook, Teams, and other all show up as msedgewebview2.exe, so you also don't know which app is consuming gigs of memory doing nothing.

They also installed their AI apps to users' computers through their mouse driver without asking anyone.

I have no idea why a mouse driver is the single largest program I have to restore my computer.
