Well, the positive traits you listed are certainly true, but let’s face it: she was also very intelligent and had a self-deprecating sense of humor, so there’s that.

Are the results in video generation precise enough to remove the need for 3D modeling?

…and once again, „flood the zone with shit“ works just beautifully.

They push out one outrageous diversion after another, and you fall for it.

Mh, if anything, this would make me want to do business with them more.

Now what?

If used correctly, I find the em dash one of the most elegant and reader-friendly ways to structure certain parts of a text — that it got such a bad reputation lately really is a shame!

Thanks for the data!

Allow a question from someone who’s only got a very vague idea of how this kind of stuff works behind the scenes: say I rent usage of this model through one of the many LLM hosting providers out there, and let‘s assume I use it extensively through something like Pi or OpenCode and vibe code away all the time, keeping the hosted model occupied as much as I can, happily burning my credits.

Does that mean that there is a hardware cluster as described by you above that is crunching away just for me?

So at FP16, I alone keep a 1,664 GiB system occupied all the time?

I've searched through the Haaretz investigation; nowhere does it claim that Israel shot all (or any, for that matter) hostages that were released by Hamas.

This reminds me of Crypto bros reinventing the financial system, slowly, with lots and lots of innocent (and some not so innocent) victims on the way.

I like that a lot.

I just realized how refreshing it is to read an honest take like "from 2-3 documents an hour to 8-10 documents an hour" instead of "it's doing the work of a month in 5 minutes!!!!1".

The problem with this is that iirc, this also signals to web pages that you do not like a lot of motion, which IS a nice UX enhancer for some pages, but might supress animations from (auto)playing where it's not what you want because the animations are the reasons you're visiting that page.
