So which country would you recommend ?

You can't base your thinking on one particular example. Judges can make mistakes.

The law makes racism, antisemitism and homophobia illegal. That's fine for me.

You're linking a source that you don't understand. "Toute personne qui refuse délibérément de s’affilier ou qui demande à ne plus être affiliée à un régime de sécurité sociale"

This has nothing to do with freedom of speech.

And since when is it illegal to talk about homosexuals, non-white people or jews ?

That's false. The government of France never tried to pass such a bill. It was a mayor of a small town that tried to ban burkinis but this bill was suspended by a higher court.

Why do you call them French units while it has been an internationally agreed system for decades?

That's why he said "start" :)

You can start testing your ideas working as an auto-entrepreneur on your personal websites or mobile apps and later create a startup when you need funding.

> will persecute the 99 other ones, and even put them in prison

No, you won't go to prison if your company fails, unless you've done something illegal, like using company money for personal benefits.

> So, they discourage people from being self-employed

No, they actually encourage self-employment. The new "auto-entrepreneur" status makes it very easy, you just need to register online.

> Nobody wants to start a new company.

False again. The number of new companies created in France have been at an all time high for the last 5 years.

The law says you should only leave your lane if it's safe to do so, no law requires you to sacrifice yourself.

"I panicked" is not an excuse, you need to control your vehicle at all time. You should never be in a situation where there isn't time to decide, you need to adjust your speed and safety distance for that.

They are known violent protestors. I don't care much about the freedom of "environmentalists" that protest against capitalism by burning down stores. Especially while the country is in state of emergency.

This is temporary, the country is in "state of emergency", that gives the government and the police special powers to reestablish order. I think that was justified after the attacks but I would oppose it if the government wants to extend it past 3 months.

I agree with you and that's actually the case here. If these activists think their house arrest is unfair, they can complain to an administrative judge that will look into their case.
