Their Silicon was written to be OS agnostic, Apple's was not.

Didn't they literally just give you and example of those who do?

Clients sue other business partners all the time, that doesn't mean they stop working together. There's lots of examples of this.

I'm a fan of audiobookshelf. Don't let the name fool you, it does a lot! I use it for podcasts, audio books, & ebooks. It's great!

Putting aside that it seems to not work at all on my phone... how is a BLIND PERSON supposed to READ THE TEXT for how this works? This of course assumes blindness is binary (which I _personally_ know it is not).

Did someone forget to consult with the MPAA and the RIAA on this one? This is a joke of an outcome. $3k per book. How much was it per song for Napster?

As someone who is struggling with SEO for my business due to AI in the last 1-2 years, I'm quite displeased to see this. I'm sure this is going to ruin website SEO even more than it already has been.

Well I sell various IT systems as products. For example, turnkey TrueNAS systems that were built on refurbished hardware that I/my business personally validated for reliability, and various other metrics. We don't make the hardware, nor the software, but we combine them, validate it does what is expected, and from my perspective that's fair to consider it a "product". How does that line up for you?

How did you market it? I'm trying to get into my own production stuff and I don't want to participate in the parasitic Amazon or overcrowded Etsy ecosystems. Looks like you're doing sales through your own website, which I want to do myself. But I haven't yet figured out how to bring legit traffic to my own website. I don't have money to throw at advertising and that's a minefield of fake traffic anyways. Any advice to share please?

Anyone that cares about privacy and uses Instagram won't care about this. It's not a good thing for Meta to do this but the last two+ decades has demonstrated people prefer to be ignorant and accept whatever comes. Let them eat cake and rot. I tire of being called paranoid because I know how all this can be abused.
