I know some tools:
https://www.axure.com ,
https://whyable.com/rippler/,
https://www.sketch.com,
Not sure about the pricing but I know they're a fast way to get a good MVP in place in a short time.

Are you sure Facebook and Reddit are the best ways to go for an MVP test? Reddit requires time and subtle messaging, Facebook is good but you need to be in the right groups and build a good messaging in order to succeed.
In my experience, the best way is to offer something to the ones who'd like to test and give feedback.
Don't go for Ads before testing first! You might be wasting your time, money and product reputation.
Please let me know if you need some help.

Hi there,
I'd suggest to build an MVP first. Usually it's better to have something concrete to show to your audience before building a community.
There are plenty of tools you can use out there to quickly build an MVP, please let me know if I can list some for you.
