> It shows how extremist the writers room had become

How does it show this? May be just your bias.

Star Trek was always like this.

Hm, an account of the same name on Reddit seems to be actively posting, and the comments are visible.

What do you mean "you people"? "Your ilk"?

Can you be a bit more polite? i.e. I am polite despite the fact you're often carrying water for the "top 0.1%" in your comments, for an unknown reason.

Hmm, this hasn't been my experience. The US does a lot of things that are not related to capitalism at all. If I had to guess people mean the worst aspects of unbridled capitalism, not just anything at all.

I would love to see a breakdown on account age. My theory is that even older accounts changed their behaviour somewhat, so it's not only because of a flood of new people.

You _are_ a troll though. I remember flagging a few of your comments, and I don't do it lightly.

-20 karma tells you that it's not everybody elses fault.

Changes to /r/popular were intentional algorithmic changes. It's not peoples fault.

Your statements are not verifiable. LinkedIn lunatics say the same things.

Me too, and this statement is just ridiculous.

It's Walter Bright. He's very persistent and hasn't changed his opinion on economics even once, despite people correcting him in many threads over the years. He just stops replying and then starts repeating the same points in another thread a week later.

You sound like a linkedin thought leader.

> the belief that men can become women

To be more charitable: people should really read more and try to understand more about the difference between biological sex and gender. Many people think there is no difference and that's why they have such a reaction: "but they are trying to change something fundamental about biology!".

I used to have trouble with it as well, coming from a more traditional society.

As for the other wacky beliefs: they are mostly exaggerated. When talking about police, most leftist I know don't _literally_ want to just dismantle the whole thing and replace it with nothing. The point is to highlight the absolute lousy state of affairs, more than it is to discontinue the notion of policing.
