I wanted to do something special. I remember seeing Christmas screen cards as a kid, shared on those old shareware discs and running on aging systems that somehow felt magical. There was something simple and honest about them. Just pixels, code, and a message from the heart. QBasic still brings that feeling back for me. It reminds me that with enough care and imagination, you can create just about anything. Not for profit. Not for noise. Just to make someone smile. Be good people, wherever you are in this world.
